Botte Pienna Farm Pale malt. Botte Pienna Farm Cascade hops. Grown and brewed in Madison County NY, this light pale ale is crisp, and clean. The older variety Pinnacle malt gives a nice light body that pairs well with the flavor and bitterness from the cascade hops. An every day, all the time beer.

Belgian pale, caramel, and biscuit malts, with a healthy dose of Botte Piena Farm pale malt. Cascade, Brewer's Gold, and Columbus hops. This American IPA is a full flavored example with spicy hop character balanced with the bready malt backbone.
AMBER WAVES OF GRAIN

Pale ale malt with dark crystal and pale chocolate malts. Cascade and Mt Hood hops. The earthy Mt Hood hops work very well with the darker malts in this amber ale. A deep lasting caramel flavor is ever so slightly cut through with the hop bite.
Proudly planted in what was once the hop capital of the country, Erie Canal Brewing Co. celebrates the historic roots of Madison County by producing the one of the state’s first in-house beers. All of Muleskinner Pale Ale’s ingredients come from Madison County. It’s that ultra-local control that gives the beer brewed by Brooke Menikheim a very unique profile.
The Menikheim Family bought Erie Canal Brewing Company,in the fall of 2015. The purchase of Erie Canal Brewing Co. represents a small shift in the Menikheims ambitious plans to establish a vertically integrated, "field-to-glass" beer operation .
They are growing hops and barley at two farms as part of the plan to supply as much of their own ingredients as possible. .
