Botte Pienna Farm Pale malt. Botte Pienna Farm Cascade hops. Grown and brewed in Madison County NY, this light pale ale is crisp, and clean. The older variety Pinnacle malt gives a nice light body that pairs well with the flavor and bitterness from the cascade hops. An every day, all the time beer.

Pale ale malt with dark crystal and pale chocolate malts. Cascade and Mt Hood hops. The earthy Mt Hood hops work very well with the darker malts in this amber ale. A deep lasting caramel flavor is ever so slightly cut through with the hop bite.

Proudly planted in what was once the hop capital of the country, Erie  Canal Brewing Co. celebrates the historic roots of Madison County by  producing the one of the state’s first in-house beers. All of Muleskinner Pale Ale’s ingredients come from Madison County. It’s that ultra-local  control that gives the beer brewed by Brooke Menikheim a very unique  profile.
